When you first sign on next to pic edit photos click it & will tell you upload photo-then click and if you have photo of course in your pictures on computer it will automatically go to and click the one you want show.-GL put your seat belt & helmet on & enjoy the ride...

Johno_xCS will only allow a scanned picture of you. It can't be a picture of someone else. If your picture is in your pictures album on your computer, you can down load it to CS through your profile homepage.
It's perfectly fine with CS if you have no pic.
Photo won't upload?
If your photo won't upload, it is too large or not the right file format. Reduce the size or resolution, save it as a .jpg, and try again. See below to email or mail your photo to the site.
Send Your Photos by Email
We'll post them for you! Attach your photos to an email and send them to support@connectingsingles.com and include:
•Username
•Registered email address
•If group photo, tell us which one is you
•Do not send your password
IMPORTANT:
You must Enter "Photo for (your username)" in the subject line of the email. Without a username, we don't know who you are and we can't add your photo.
Send Your Photos by Mail
Have your photos scanned for free! Just send us your photos and we'll post them for you. Mail them and include your:
•Username
•Registered email address
•If group photo, tell us which one is you
Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope, if you want photos returned.

I take it that by private you mean that you so not want to put a photo on your profile. You can upload one onto an ecard and save it, that way you can send it as you wish.
