Well, I am not stuffing myself with cheese all day long, it is not good in large quantities. But you must know that no food is without danger, we pay the price for eating anything. There is no perfect food whatsoever. Oxidation, glycation, whatever, food is killing us. We are eating away our lives, but on the other hand, not eating we will die faster. Moderation as always is the answer.
