Kon....my country in 2001 had the greatest act of terrorism committed to it that world has seen. Wars are one thing. But 911 was something else. For the near last decade that day has shaped our governments thinking and policies.
Our EMP programs came in part because, we knew that ultimately that this was going to get down to nuclear terrorism. So we are watching out for country. We are paying attention to the world events that can effect them. But the cost of these devices did not break the US economy.
In fact, I just just was able to provide a American circuit board manufacture the leads to acquiring contracts for making the circuit boards of the EMP weapons. That is income to a economically repressed area in New York state. A factory that was nearly shut down by the recession, I think will soon be opened to 400 employees on the production line to make the circuit boards.
So? I just provided jobs and a provided new tool for the defense of the country.
