sometimes, during the winter i will have porridge cooked with apple slices and raisins and a bit of cinnamon.
most often, breakfast for me is... banana/blueberry/yogurt smoothie with a slice of toasted spelt, or i freshly juice carrot/celery/beet juice, and have that with toast.
