Cereal for breakfast is not common in my country.. but sometimes I have quacker oats with banana and strawberries plus hot chocolate milk..

If I was to eat cereal it would be raisen bran, however I would prefer steak and eggs or a mixed cheese Quesadilla with guacamole and salsa

Huge slice of toast (bread made with unrefined flour)
Grate a ripe tomato (preferably homegrown) over it
Season with home made olive oil and freshly ground salt.
Optional rub toast with clove of garlic before grating tom.

sorry, very rarely eat cereal in the morning.
sometimes, during the winter i will have porridge cooked with apple slices and raisins and a bit of cinnamon.
most often, breakfast for me is...
banana/blueberry/yogurt smoothie with a slice of toasted spelt,
or i freshly juice carrot/celery/beet juice, and have that with toast.
