Disappointment is a fruit of groundless expectations, I think. But on the other side, as a woman you have to keep your standards high. And perhaps, the one condition isn’t compatible with the other. Hence, there will be a disappointment… or two…
Dunno, how it’s working for men. Do they also keep their standards high while nursing groundless expectations?

Ideally, it should be available when needed the most but sadly it very rarely is.
We all at times miss being in love, being loved; the worst being unrequited love...sort of like being married and feeling totally alone yet sharing the same home. No wonder so many choose to live alone, letting all the dreams of love slowly die of starvation...
