Given that there are separate sections for quizzes and puzzles, do you think word games should be given their own section instead of congesting the forums?

dunno

freesparrow: Hi, Trueheart-actually you can learn a lot about someone on the word games by their responses. Did you see the couple that met and courted on that section? They just got married...how awesome is that???

bodleing: I suspect some don't use the forums the same way as others.

When I come on here I always open ALL threads, quite often to see the majority of threads on page one are word games. I would never open a particular section as I prefer to see all threads that have been recently posted.
It just seems to me that the word games are just that...games, no discussion, no banter, just games, and there is already a place for games on here, so why not have them there?

Exactly.

ok..but then is it ok to keep the ONES with bantering? When I first started the small word scrabble, I got to know many of the posters that way. We would make sentences to go with the words and found out what was going on in each other's life. The Interview one and Would you kiss/hug/dance/slap...whatever one, and the three word ones are full of bantering...check them out once in a while...those hundred letter scrabbles are a bit much for me though...but some people love them!

I don´t understand what you mean.

When I log on, I see a list of all the forum sections each showing the last thread posted into. Sooooooooooo

I don´tunderstand what you mean by "the majority of threads on page 1 are word games"

I think we don´t approch reading the forums in the same way. The way I do it, I only see the last game that was posted into. Or the last thread that was posted into in the "dating and relating" etc ... dunno
