Obviously, as a male, I know only as much about this matter as women have told me.
What women have told me is that, yes, size does matter. How much it matters varies between individuals, but there appears to be a general consensus that bigger is better in that it provides more stimulation.
I suspect that there is also a psychological effect when a woman sees an enormous male appendage.
One should also be mindful that the loins of a woman are wired to derive pleasure from the sensation of being filled and stretched (up to a point, of course). So, it would seem to make sense that size should matter.

Yah. I much prefer a 4 seater sofa, than a 2 seater. It means I'm able to lay down and watch TV in comfort

The bigger the better? Not for me. I prefer the average size.

Yes, average is okay and too small just won't satisfy enough. Too big for a smaller girl may not be too pleasant either.
