Tandoori chicken tikka ( Archived) (30)

Jack68: Chicken fillet cut in cubes 1 kg
salt 1 spoon
red chilli 1 spoon
corriand powder 1 spoon
garam masala mixed spice 1/4 spoon
ginger paste(grind it) 50 gram
garlic paste 50 gram
green chilli paste 50 gram
lemon juice 5 citron or 1 large spanish lemon
deep orange food colour as desired
yogurt 200 gram
Wash the chicken well and dry it properly then mix all the above spices and other things in it,cover it with foil paper and keep it in the fridge for 24 hour.After that pre heat oven and place it there for 30 minute on 160 temprature or you can grill it.Enjoy real taste


Wow thanks for sharing that!! I better copy and paste this into my kitchen right stright away!! you gave me an idea for my Mothers Birthday and Easter....I hope I can find all those spices on the saturday,,,

Its easy to find spices in U.S,try any south asian store,you welcome and have a great easter.

That sounds like a really easy meal to cook,will have to try it,i like cooking indian food but it often takes a long time i find,but that sounds really good..thanks.

Hi Jack. I've cut and pasted all your recipes. Can you please give me idiot proof instructions on how to make vegetable pakora. I'm told that once I've made my own, I'll never buy it outside again.

Culiflowe 100 grams
potato 50 grams
onion 100 grams
GRAM FLOUR 250 grams
Pommes seeds dry one few pieces
salt 1/4 spoon
red chilli 1/4 spoon
corrianda poWder 1/2 spoon
turmric powder little bit
cut all the vegetable in veru small pieces and mix them all above items and add as much water and mix it until they get thicker.Now you can fry it Have a nice EASTER.

If you dont like yogurt then you can add some cooking oil instead of thatcheers
