I suppose that subject hasn't been worked out sufficiently.

As for the question, I think that freedom is not connected with the time or place of living, but with the status of one's mind.

serene56: Yes for most there are some strings attached

But I'm grateful to live in a country where we have the freedom to choose where we live, who we associate with, how we educate our children and how we live our lives in general


Only provided we have the money to back up these choices... so I don't really think that the impoverished have these freedoms in our country....

Freedom is doing things that makes you happy -- regardless whether if it is right or wrong...
