What is missing in your town?

tangible or intangible and many or few -

Or do you live in the nearest proximity to Utopia?

you make it all sound so dismal - it can be cold, sunny and no one else can alter your humanity.

Where you live sounds pretty good to me
It is how to approximate that feeling to kids who live in small, under resourced, over developed and miles from anything townlands.

im in a dublin suburb on the kildare border.....my kids love their street..but they will never become those kinda kids who only see their street..

my mother absconded to a small village in carlow, my dad to one in meath and my sister to a seaside place and we visit and stay often with them all and reap the benefits of each n every place.

then come home to a hospital 11 mins away..every shop imaginable..parks, libraries and colleges on our near doorstep.. bus services to our capital and most of all, the ability to see outside the box.
