I'd make tommycool a fighter;s training breakfast in bed - Steak - rare - 2 eggs, toast - protein powder (soy) smoothie with fruit and yogurt blended w/ some cranberry juice - strawberries and a banana for potassium and carbscoffe - black
and some calcium tabs

Yes,i will. We prepared breakfast together,am only aiding the orange juice on the tray,the rest is her job,she goes back in bed,and i bring the tray over to her.

For you I would serve a tropical breakfast which is the best way to start a hot summer's day, or to pretend it is summer .. A yogurt topped with muesli and a dried fruit cocktail. honey drizzled over the whole dish. With a sprig of mint. To drink a delicious fresh mango and papaya juice . The newspaper (sorry in French) on the tray . And a boucle d'oreille which is the flower of Mauritius on my hair ...... Hope you enjoy

As a joke, then i would make some scrambled eggs laid by my friend the chicken with a dash of sour cream, chopped chives, touch of salt and pepper. All on sour dough with spinach, roasted tomato & herbs, truffle infused sautéed mushrooms and a nice brewed cup of chai tea to wash it all down. enjoy!
