I know the answer. Because this planet is ruled by the power of war and not by the power of mind. And the greatest power of mind is real love. But, human beings here, on this planet have not yet reached the stage of the power of mind. Maybe they have some ways to control other people's minds, but the principles they are governed with are still on the level of physical rule principles, i.e. mind war against other minds. They still don't understand that love is the main mind's way towards success.
I hope they will, soon, understand it.
