No, I think it is in rather bad taste Lookin - private emails are private - plus if you are referring to this site, by-laws state that it is an offence and can get you kicked off this site... but read the fine print yourself Lookin' - this was raised not so long ago on the international..

You shouldn't even need to ask such a question as it's a matter of what is the right and wrong thing to do and you as a grown up who knows the difference so no excuses

Then you have to consider the "Whistleblower" section of our legislation.
There are "perps" out there and others should be warned.

as i did'nt know s/body could be so low bit hard to delete emails on someone elses computer

Okay dealing with hotmail, yahoo etc., do you know how to adjust your settings?? If you do, set it up that the information goes directly to your spam account or to your trash bin... With regards to spam you have the option of reporting them to yahoo and hotmail as well
As to someone reading your emails that you have sent in good faith to another - well, lets say that person is lower than a snake and the person reading them is no better, but then I again, I'll be wondering what the person is hoping to gain by doing that... let's assume they are adults so therefore they know right from wrong...

Just curious as to how you found out, though I guess either your ex-flame or their new one, told you...Just be glad you're not with that person and move on. Damage is done, but they must be two very bored and immature bunny rabbits.
And sorry, can't help you as to how to hack into others' computers and I wouldn't advocate it.
