I just found out that the last place I worked at the ladies had a pool going for which one would get me first.
Not that I'm sure thats true but I never noticed any of them trying.

If its a man I'm just flirting with then it might be perceived as "friendly"...that's ok.
If its someone I'm interested in then there is eye contact, touching him on the arm or shoulder, and willingness to move/lean into his "personal" space.
And if after all of that he still seems perplexed I'll outright suggest/recommend we go somewhere to be alone.... if he STILL doesn't get it ..... I know he's GAY
