Has anyone heard of the "size one" diet pills
Down here they are advertised as miraculus for the waist line.I ve tried googling it but all i got was more adverts, so if anyone has a 1st hand or a trusted second hand experience of them ,it would be really appreciated'
Thanx in advancecheers

The best way to be fit and a comfortable weight with evenly/proportionally spread body fat is to have a balanced diet. That means eating balanced amounts of EVERYTHING AND have regular meals IE at least breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Mid morning "sensible"(if you're dieting) snack and mid afternoon snack can also be included. If you don't starve yourself you won't binge eat. If you don't starve yourself your body won't store fat for when you're "starving yourself".

Only time in my life I put on loads of kilos (apart from when I was pregnant), was when I first lived in UK with an English family and shared their meals. They used to starve themselves ALL day till the very large evening meal. When I went back to my usual diet of eating EVERYTHING without skipping meals (as above), which meant eating loads more and more often than when I was with the UK family, my weight returned to normal.

Drink one cup of horsetail herbal tea every morning for a couple of weeks. Take a break for a week (imperative or can cause stomach upset) and repeat. Maximum take 5 cycles per year.

One of the benefits of horsetail is to stenghten bones, hair and nails AND aid fat distribution on the body. Noticibly round the mid section.

I took it to treat something else and noticed its effect on the fat distribution on my body so looked it up!!

SIDE EFFECTS: CAN MAKE YOU REALLY SENSITIVE TO SUN LIGHT
