I think the secret to a great Choc Cake is in the Icing ...plenty of butter and Cadbury's drinking Chocolate mixed in with the Icing sugar' put it into three layers and then cover from top to bottom on the outside in peaks with a hot knife.
Oh and then heavily sprinkle with Cadbury's Choc flake's.

Yeah used cadbury flakes from baking supplies was bit low so used some spare cocoa and chocolate bar grated it put ti in flakes made best cake.Thank you all for your interest wish you all a cracker of a weekend minus the morning headaches.
