it doesn't have to be yours but it can be - here's the challenge - you can't slam anyone in the story if it didn't last - no matter what they did - no haters...
here's one story: I know a man who met a beautiful lady on an internet site! They dated but she was from another country - tho living here. He worried that she would go back to her country so he asked her to stay here and marry him - she did. They both went to her country to visit and then came back here to live. They proved that love is all that matters.

I met my second wife (my ex since 2006) on November 20, 1992. I was just dishing up my dinner when I heard a beep on my BBS (pre-Internet). (It was Sunday.) I answered the call, and there she was (the ONE)! She was having trouble with my BBS, so she called me on the phone. We talked for three hours on my BBS, then 12 hours straight on the phone (it was now Monday.) Another five hours on the phone Monday, took a break on Tuesday, and on the phone again on Wednesday for another five hours, for a grand total of 25 hours of conversation in four days. We talked again Wednesday, and made arrangements for me to visit her in Seattle. I stayed at her place Wednesday night and brought her back to my house on Thursday to meet the family. They liked her, and we had a great time. We couldn't afford to get married until 1994 (it was a medeival-themed garden wedding.) We honeymooned in beautiful Victoria, B.C. Life went on for another twelve years when, sadly, our fairytale marriage ended. It was an amicable divorce, and we remain friends to this day.

Thank you so much. Things happen in life that we don't see coming until it happens (both good and bad.) We can either choose to wallow in it, or we can choose to pick outselves up and carry on with life. I choose the latter course.
