Meat should NOT be the main ingredient to your food - it is just to add flavour to the vegetables! Meat takes 72 hours to leave the body - that is what?..... 3 days?! So, it rots in the guts.
Vegetables take about 6 hours - and contains the building blocks for your body.
Only creatures with short intestines should eat meat every day. Humans have looooong intestines - meant to digest fibrous vegetables/fruits/nuts/grasses.

So when you`re feeling hungry go out and mow the lawn with your teeth........hahaaaaaa

Who is the "stranger" here now?!

Welcome back, oh Great Green Beard!bowing

Well, that sounds okay ......quite healthy in fact!

At 4am I had Gorgonzola cheese on crackers.

And then at 9am, 2 slices of home-made wholewheat toast with Appenzeler cheese and raw onions.

For tonight I make a Swiss dish - Hörnli noodles with mince (local swiss beef) and Àpfelmousse.

(Ja! I DO eat meat, now and again - but only from local healthy full grown animals who`ve spent their lives living outdoors.)

Steevyv: ........ and slaughtered by your own hands.

I knew.
Oh yes ....... I catch them, throw them on the ground, sit on their back, and slice their heads off! Then I skin and gut them ...... and hang them up in the barn to bleed for a week, then I cut them up into nice small pieces.

I`m a mighty tough woman ...... a cow weighs about a ton, and I do all that!grin

Well ... at least I can look them in the eye and tell them I`m gonna eat a piece of them one of these days! Instead of buying pieces of flesh in polystyrene in supermarket, that comes from some strange beast who`s been chained in a barn for it`s whole life eating rotten smelling old silo grass gunge.sad flower
