Morning Nathan I am rained off work again but I do have a dental appointment this morning, I had a lovely weekend though the weather was beaut Saturday I worked as being outdoorsy worker was fabulous day sun shining no wind 20% Sunday went for brunch with my friends and retail therapy and then lunch then botanic golf gardens which are just stunning great day out suppose a tad girly for the guys on CS and a bit of a bore me dribbling brail

Yep! I was there in 2009 my sister lives in Shell Cove Awesome area love Kiama the coast line

I used to live in a little town called Helensburgh?? Just up the road from Stanwell Park, great part of the Illawarra coast, got lots of fond memories of all that area.

Mid-South Coast has great surf beaches, very few and far between around Melb. And the water is COLD down here
But spent the morning running from one doc to another for tests. Had an ECG and the doctor told me I am still alive.
