I think it was a bit of media hype for profit which feeds upon popular prejudice and excuses 'failure' on petty reasoning for entertainment, rather than doing something intelligent and useful.

Personally, I'm not going to 'settle' for someone I find unattractive just because I'm currently single.

Why settle for less than you deserve ? If we aren't going to be happy with them. I have had the good looking the well off the ugly ones etc Now i won't go out with anyone unless they are what i want why kiss loads of frogs to find a prince !!!!
