No but seriously, I used to believe in Spirit for a while a few years ago and then I came to my senses. It's funny what the brain will believe when it wants to - or has to - to stay sane.

think the word spirit is a grossly misleading word, while the word spirituality can also be quite misleading could mean "Property or income owned by a church"! "Concern with things of the spirit"!
Whereas spiritual i found described as "Concerned with sacred matters, religion or the church"! "Concerned with or affecting the spirit or soul"! "Lacking material body, form or substance"! "Resembling or characteristic of a phantom"!
Given i believe churches are harmful origination's, because to my mind they clearly offer promote misleading clap-trap.
Therefore i think subtle-winds that can be found decided as: "Difficult to detect or grasp by the mind or analyse"! "his whole attitude had undergone a subtle change"; "a subtle difference""! or "Able to make fine distinctions"! ""a subtle mind"!
I define our nature as moving energy; subtle-winds and a student pursuing truth
Well, I find my spirit within myself. As usual, my God put it in the last place I would think to look. 
I do have to nurture my spirit. It is like a flame that burns within me and there was a time when it was down to a mere glowing ember. That was a bad time for me when I was driven either by emotion or desire and brought no fulfillment.
I nurture this spirit by contemplation and meditation combined with keeping myself connected to nature and the planet which has sustained me through good times and bad times. I like to feel I belong here as much as the trees and the birds. This gives me both humility and security. I leave organised religion to those more able to handle it.

yes well if im round a fire it would usually be me putting more wood on there, cant help myself, like the fire to be big
