actually it is a Dutch Company with an Office in Switzerland and all over the world!

Besides,Switzerland is NOT subject to EU-Law!

And until the Swiss Government signs on to the Embargo,the Company can trade as much they want under Swiss Law!
VITOL could still run afoul of Laws elsewhere,since they are Multi-National!
