Is it right for ppl to reveal the content of their pivate correspondence with another member,..in a PUBLIC FORUM ?
If one calls her/himself the first worlder, the intelligent, the cultured, the civilized, the bla bla bla... then should not behave like this....and call it the INSIDER INFO...
I believe a scammer, is not just a person who misuses the other members financially, another type of scammer, is exactly this... aquiring the trust of other ppl.. then , revealing what she/he claims to have been said in the privete correspondence..

i feel very bad for falling for such a trap,

I for one am never going to trust anyone else...becaus I don't know if the other person in real, or a scammerprofessor

So revealing one word in a written conversation is a betrayal of trust????????????????
What about making out a profile which is full of lies??????
Trust issues are ever prevalent on the internet. If the water is too hot...........don´t put your foot in it.
If all you want to do is cause mayhem in the forums.......why not just say so in your profile.

you started it by revealing in the forums that you were called stupid. That was part of a private conversation.

No, it's not ethical. It is ONLY ethical if the other person knows what will happen with the mail and agrees that what has been written is made public.

BUT there are exceptions: If the content of the mail will hurt someone, for example.
If I send you a private mail and tell you that I will poison my neighbor and you make it public, then it is okay.

etc etc
