Because I do not eat take away , well I lie I do have the odd fish n chips 
tradition lol I cook at home and being mostly vegetarian diet love my 5 fruit n vegs each day , but still like some dairy products and chicken / fish diet always cook my own. I would never do the whole vegetarian missing too much of the good foods we all need
