Sheep would do that for you , pity they would also feed the district dingoes as well . Still very cold here for this time of the year . Had my coat jersy and knapsac on spraying gorse on Friday and still not warm . Are you able to fed that couch to stock after it's baled alright ?

no sheep wont eat it either, there are three hundred odd ewe here, but they won't eat it, when its green maybe but yesterday dumped 15 rounds in a gully to get rid of it. Trying to get rye and clover to come back, half the paddock i strip grassed then mowed and rye and clover has come back, however on sunday i mowed it as the rye just went to seed.

During winter couch dies off and leaves thick carpet smothering everything else. J had a bloke trying to plough a paddock with some couch in it for a guy a couple weeks ago the rotary sort of hoe like plough couldn't chop the couch, because its so thick

Interesting.

Couch is some kind of grass that the aniamls wouldn't eat, must be unappetising.

What kind of grass is couch?
