We will never know the answer to the question. All we know is that he was a great leader and created a religion that still exists now Christianity!!!! This religion is also included in our present calender---Xmas and Easter. Now isn't that a great achievement for the short time he lived on earth---approx.32years. How many of us can beat that!!!!

conduit: Tonyxf according to the New Testament, Jesus was a great teacher. He used examples of everything around him, so that some people might understand. Which ever word you use Christianity or Christendom are similar and it still exists. In America Christianity, exists in astronomical proportions. The Americans take their religion seriously. In many countries in Europe such as Italy, Greece and the Balkan states such as Russia, Christianity is also in astronomical proportions.

Just as an aside, how did they shave in those days? I know they had iron for swords, maybe certain steels? Did they make razors? Scissors/

Who knows all could be possible!!! Many paintings are far from accurate. Artists tend to include character,personality, atmosphere,emotions of subjects that they are painting and also include their own personal emotions. The Last Supper is most likely an artist impression, painted centuries later.It is most likely not accurate.This is my own belief.

I agree with you mickyj63 about the cults. I have no time for them either. About Russia, I was writing about the Orthodox Christian church and also the Polish Catholic church. I sometimes turn on the ABC, TV and see lots of American crowds of ordinary couples,singles,families attending many christian churches including the born again Christians.The churches are jam packed. Very different to here in Australia. I agree with you there are many, many Muslims. Anyway this is only my own belief.
