I've read many different thread titles in regards to what other countries are known for and what the people who live have in common.

May I please ask that since this is the International Forums that we make this a learning thread for all to share things about their culture.Lets see how much fun and enjoyable we can make this site again.Thank youwine

I think it's hard to day Ccincy since there are so many cultures and subcultures within antionalities and cultures

in an general sense - we are all human and have the same basic needs physically emotionally and psychologically based on our humanity. Being American I of course believe we are all entitled to Human Rights as being inalienable -

we are all individuals and feel love and hope, yearn to learn and are curious about each other, usually, irrespective of culture

a smile is the same anywhere

Apart from what cultures have in common or not, there is another thing that calls my attention.

How are going to preserve our cultures in this global world?

wave By sharing our cultures with other people who don't know quite so much about it.
Teaching them traditions, showing them what it's like, letting them experience it to gain a better understanding. The more people know about it the longer cultures can be preserved.Plus it's so important to teach children about it cause they're the ones who someday will be passing it down.

Writing a documentary/book about our cultures and then sell them or give them away to people.

And the Tibetans chop up their dead and leave them out for the birds to eat.

It is someones job to chop them up. (The ground is too hard to dig)
