Dagosto: Funny. I first heard the term "psychobilly" in Miami in 1981, from a bass player auditioning for the band. At the time I thought he was just being descriptive. I didn't hear the term again for over 20 years.
Some say the Cramps "coined" the term,.....the first time I ever heard the term was in 1976,....in the lyrics of this Johnny Cash tune,...cottonmouth, psychobilly cadillac,...lol
