My first post and what this is all about! ( Archived) (5)

This is my first post on these Fora, I have posted in others in the past but they were all about music.

So I am not so sure what this is all about, but it seems to be very active which in itself is positive.

Here we go then...

I've joined this site a while ago with the intention of making new friends, and so far, I've had mixed results. In a sense, they were all good experiences, because every time I meet a new person, be it through here, or anywhere else, it is always exciting and part of my growth as a person. That is how my true frienships were born, and believe me, true friendships are really hard to find. So when I find one, and I am lucky enough to have found quite a few, I cherish it deeply. I would call them long lasting frienships and I hope that nothing will tarnish these friendhips.


As in finding love, then that is a totally different story and not so sure if I am ready yet. That definitely would have to take a long time in my case. But I tend to leave all doors open, because I also believe that opportunities do cross our paths, when we least expect them and one thing i would not like to say in my life is "what if". If someone is worth the effort, then I would certainly give it a go, everyone deserves a chance.

Like you I value my friendshipe deeply, whether online or offline, they carry the same emotional value.

I hope you can make many more friends here...and sometimes out friendships you can find love, it is the foundation, to many possibilities.

I have been here since Janurary of this year. I dated one and made many friends. So far the experiences have been good and I have been blessed with many friends in my life.

As for expectations. I don't look for it anymore. I try to take it one day at a time and go with the flo. Que sera sera...Whatever will be will be..

Just sit back, relax and enjoy the view and who knows what will come out of it right?
