mzetoile: Not any single party's fault. Everyone involved is responsible; the DJs for recklessly assuming no-one would fall for their prank and it's consequence - possibly acquiring confidential medical information (doesn't matter whether it was aired or not), the hospital for lacking proper protocols/screening of calls for high profile patients and in light of one of the suicide notes criticising the hospital possibly not addressing bullying , Austereo's management/lawyers for approving the segment (probably where the higher degree of culpability lies), the nurse for killing herself (for anyone to say suicide is the easy way, I'd ask could you do it), depriving her children of a mother for the rest of their lives and burdening her family by way of the manner of her death, the haters on various social media, the radio listeners or others who see nothing wrong with this particular prank (not all pranks are inappropriate) and even the British press could easily have contributed if the nurse was left with the knowledge she would probably be crucified..apart from the humiliation she must have felt, coming off as someone who took her job seriously.
