My favorite drink is Drambuie, Marc. I bought another bottle of it last night... I like it over ice. :)

I have never been a fan of champagne, particularly the dry ones. It does suit though... with you being French. 
I rather like the wines you have over there.
Mine used to be anything with alcohol in it, now it`s a coffee or water as i don`t drink anymore.
I really let my hair down at Xmas and new year. And have not just one but two
Glasses of coke.
Because I don't drink alcohol or even coke usually,this will be my special drink.

I like to have a glass of bubbly before Xmas lunch, doesn't have to be 'real' champagne, I too find them too dry.
I usually stick to a cold white wine, never really liked any spirits, but don't mind the odd Kaluha or Tia Maria over ice to round off the meal
Looking forward to over eating and enjoying a few refreshing drinks with family and friends.

I remember to have tasted a nice Shiraz from the Barossa Valley when I was visiting Adelaide during September 2008. And one of my housemates in the city had a huge collection of red wines from all South Australia. Some were very expensive.

Not to keen on wine champagne on there won but like shiraz sometimes only with food of course and always steak.

Haven't had a nice red wine for a long while, last couple I picked were too dry 
They do go well with a good steak tho'??

and for me.. I am not able to drink much, but I make an effort with Beer.. I dont mind which beer, just as long as its cold... straight from the fridge...

I imagine that beer may not be bad, you're right, as the Summer has gone in Oz. But I hope that you will drink or taste another beverage during your lunch or diner.
I had an old Spanish red wine yesterday night. It was not bad at all.
I'm thinkin a stiff scotch will see me through the proceedings just nicely.
I do also like a glass of champagne and have been partial to Alcoholic Apple Cider just lately. There are some nice tasting varieties around now.

Well at the work due! It was tequila! But normally its midstrength beer, I don’t like too get drunk! As I fall asleep, well at least I am a happy drunk?
Has to be 30 year old navy rum found at my uncles farm.
