Loved watching the video clip. Grew up with dad doing a lot of work for Sutherland Spastic Centre (that was its name then) so had a lot of contact with Downes Syndrome. A friend had a younger sisterwho she had to look after because the eldest was "too fragile' to manage her. It did take a toll on her through her developing years.

A lady I went out with adopted a child with Downes Syndrome and they are the gentlist of people. Matt and I would spend a lot of time doing the landscaping together. Creating steps, walls and terraces through a steep sandstone block so Kym could get her garden established.

Last Xmas, I had to put my dog down after being together for 14 years of trouble and strife (mine, not his). And today going to work, I saw a guy out walking the same breed (rare to see them these days). Brought back a lot of memories.

And the last week started with one of my work colleagues passing away. And no indication yet how. Probably miss the funeral as I am going up to Sydney after Xmas. So going into Xmas is a bit hard.

I have never been one for making New Year's Resolutions but finally have decided that the coming year is going to be a good one and I better pull my finger out and do something about it.

Not me! The kid is strict veggie! I cant even have a leg off ham in the fridge! One because I couldn’t possibly eat it in time and two it would take up too much room from all the free beer I got this week?

I am not a big food person! I eat once per day on average or 4 times a week, when I am working, I don’t get hunger pains? Never did! The only reason I eat is after 5 days off not eating I get a little bit dizzy, not too good if you drive trucks!

Who ever said that we have to sit-down for breakfast lunch and tea? no wonder our kids are getting fat?
Our ancestors use to have to catch whatever they ate and walk miles for water! I think people should start thinking of their needs rather than wasting money and time on their wants?

Why have people been programmed to eat at certain times off day? Have you all lost your inner body needs? Ok I will just eat all this food because the TV said so? Regain your health and fitness buy saying NO!

I will eat when I want too, and not because there’s is a special on at McDonalds!
