Just a suggestion you might like. There is a book section on CS. The Option is on the top line at the top of the page. You can write about books you've read and suggest them to others.

I'm reading "Within Arms Length" by Dan Emmett
It's the true story of how a day goes in the life of a Secret Service agent which Dan was. When Dan was 8 years old, President Kennedy was killed. It affected Dan so much, even though he was a young boy, and he decided that when he grew up he wanted to be a Secret Service agent that protected the president. When you join the Secret Service you don't start at the top just like any other job but in the Secret Service an agent deals with a lot of political crap for various reasons. But Dan eventually made it to the top and was in the PPD (Presidential Protective Division) to protect Presidents George H. Bush, William Clinton and George W. Bush. I'm on page 148 of 203 pages.
The History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire, Edward Gibbon, Folio Society edition. I'm near the end of volume 3 of 6.
The Trojan War, Barry Strauss. Just started, but can't say I'd recommend it. Though Strauss has scholarly credentials, this publication doesn't; no footnotes, not even endnotes, it's just "take my word for it, I'm an expert," and in the first three pages I found that was not good enough.
English Poetry and Prose of the Romantic Movement, ed. George Benjamin Woods. A vast and comprehensive survey of English-language writing, mostly poetry, of the Romantic movement.
