Micky, you are a big boy now and those fancy eating places usually only cater for the likes of Asha.
Went on a cruise with the ex #1 and after sitting at a table with a couple of other couples (not sure how that should be written as some sort of collective), we mere males decided that there wasn't really enough real food for a normal Aussie bloke. So we ordered 2 of everything.
But food was part of the "cruise inclusions" and was not an extra as might be at other venues.

As a thought (instead of thunks of late), how about we meet up at Y&Js on the Sat night at 6.30 and wander off for a feed somewhere handy. I know it is only about 10 mins or so walk to Chinatown if nothing appeals along the way. And being early, we would most likely get back to Y&Js by 7.30ish - who wants to be the first to arrive anyway

Okay, the Meet starts at 7.00 and usually people rock up whenever after trying to grab a bite to eat somewhere. So this is to save us gorging down a meal before the Meet, or having ever other people grab a bit off your plate as you try to eat.
