If you know which wild plants and herbs are edible and in season in the spring, please share. I only know wild garlic and dandelion, but saw on the TV a prominent chef collecting herbs in a wild - they were chickweeds (I think) and yarrow. How to use them? And were to look for them? May be some pictures?
I used to be much more adept at this. I used to have a book by an author by the name of Maria Treben. Best book Ive ever owned on the subject. Im afraid Ive lost a lot of lore over the years but at one time I was very into this.
