What do you think?....

We know women are good at voluntary work, how about the men?...
If you blokes on here were out of work or had a few hours to spare a week, would you help out somewhere and if yes, where?, or is it not 'your thing' and just let someone else do it...
Also, charity donations ,yes, no. and if so, who gets your cash?...

I do two voluntary jobs, both in the same line. One I've been doing for always five year now for a voluntary run organisation, its quite time consuming and I have a fair bit of responsibility in it. The other one, well, its not so time consuming, or involving, but has led to an internship handshake

I have no problem doing it, just finding something I like doing is the thing, thankfully the two I have I love and probably put in more hours and effort than I should, but I do it for the love of it! thumbs up

I volunteer in 2 different organisations, athough one i have had to cut back with college work, but take a trip in when i can, but in one of the organisations, at the moment there are more men than women volunteers. We lost quite a few women volunteers especiay in the last year, for reasons unknown really. What i do find though it is harder to get the men to commit to the one night a week or the one night a month, whatever the case may be! i dont know why though! confused
