I don't see them to be any different then drug pushers.
I watched an ad one time on tv years ago where if you took a particular med it would give you side affects.One of which was that it would stop your heart if you took it.

Exactly! You take a drug for one purpose but the side effects of the drug can cause death?!?! Doesn't make sense to me. It all boils down to the dollar bill! Sickening!
