I havent but my father had, actually fought with a ghost among other happenings. There was even a book written about it.

when i was 20, i had just got married and we had an apartment at the top of this really old building back in england {a place called scarborough}, i was 3 months pregnant at the time too, the stairs were 3 flights up to our place, anyways one day we were walking towards the stairs and i fell like someone had pushed me down, my ex hubby came running out of the apartment but i was on my way down all on my front all down 3 flights, when i landed at the bottom , he came running down to see if i was ok, i was fine but had scratch marks all down my back,,, never went down on my back at all, weird??? my baby was fine, shes 28 now.

Yep, I've posted this story before and here it goes again. Louise Morgan was her name and she was a registered nurse in life. She lived in the house that I'm in and her spirit was here for about eleven years. As a nurse, she was undoubtedly a clean natured person. I being single, never felt the need to immediately put the house in order at any given time. She would throw my trash around, knock-over foam cups, even saw a TV dinner tray slide across the floor. She would haunt me only in the winter-time and for years, I couldn't figure out why only in the winter. One day it dawned on me that she was a modest ghost and she knew that I didn't wear clothes around the house in the summer.

I went to bed; 2 metal belts held my body, so i couldn't make
any move. Then, a kind of machine with lawn mover sound
was put in my head, while a voice was telling me things that
I have no memory of this message or whatever it was.
One year later watching TV about paranormal activity, a woman
was describing the same experienced that I had...Coincidensed?

about 5-6 years ago i was dreaming that someone is suffocating me and i couldnt move my body.i was trying to push my gf (cos i couldnt move my hands)who was sleeping beside me ,to help me and finally i could wake her up.when she woke up she started to shake me and asking,whats happening with u.then i could wake up.she was very scared and told me that my face was like someone is suffocating me.my eyes was open and bigger and i was trying to scream but couldnt.i still dont know what was that?sleep panic or something else?
