I seldom take medicine or tablets anymore. I'd have to be really bad now before I'd turn to painkillers but good old trusty Ponstan does the job when needs be. I'm a healthy lass thank God. Had a bad cough/cold a few weeks ago, treated it it Vicks vapo rub on the soles of my feet at night, couple spoons of honey during the day and a cup of warm milk and honey at night. Put me right on track.

Ponstan is an NSAID - non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It would be prescribed for many ailments to include arthritis and muscular problems, tooth/headaches and 'wimmins troubles'.
