"This idea that good things happen to good people. That there's magic in the world. Too many good people suffer for that to be true. Too many prayers go unanswered. And every day it just gets worse. Every day we ignore how truly broken this world is, and we tell ourselves it's all going to be okay. But it's not okay. And once you know that, there's no going back. There's no magic in the world... at least not today there isn't...."
Sometimes bad things happen to good people…. what would you do without your "world"?
I know right...just remember that it doesn't have to be... everytime someone does something for another with no expectation of anything in return...a tiny little bit of magic is returned to our world.

we all can do a little bit, as you say, without any expectation... but humans have proven not be "magic" kind.. lot of education needed.. lot of mentality changed... Impossible? no, i hope
I prefer reality to escapist fantasies, magic, farie stories and other mass cultural delusions you care to list. If it's to be it's up to me. I deal with what I can change.

AustralianGirlAU: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5LHaR2XgcQ8 - people need comfort so things like religon and 'there there' statements make people feel better
I dont think you read the post; it has nothing to do with religion : the question "is Sometimes bad things happen to good people…. what would you do without your "world"?"
or , to clarify, How behavior originates from the notion of human nature, or more specifically, that behavior is largely caused by someone's immediate environment. What is human nature, and does it exist?

Popey exactly !!...thanks... that is all we can do..
i can understand yer point... even if you are wrong. i have been a homeless drug user. no job no future. i learned the hard way what the word "FAITH" truley means. anyone can say they have faith when things are going well. the magic of faith is when you see every tiny miracle around you as an inspiration. every little act of kindness as your future way of treating all living things. bad things do happen to good people, and bad people. the good people are the ones who get stronger and grow from it. the symbol of the phoenix has proven to be my inspiration to pull myself up from any adversity.
