That was a film that started out well but ended up petering out into nothingness. A bit like Fine Gael's five point plan
Meets in Cork very rarely work unless they are very well organised and have the support of a lot of regulars. If you have the likes of SDB, Saoirse, Jimbo, Libra, Snowy, Glengirl and a few more committed to go, you know there will be a few show up, but where you don't have the backing of established posters, then 99 times out of 100 what you will be left with is a small group of random stragglers trying to fill the unbearable awkwardness with inane chatter about whatever comes into their head. It's what happened last time and it certainly wasn't anything to do with Keela who did the best she could to organise it but sometimes these things happen.

It is a bad fate or Astaires when you are relying on peps from Waterford , Galway , and Donegal to ensure the success of a Cork meet , and you forgot Godsgift just mention him and every meet would be a success .
