Mate, if it is a misunderstanding and your connecting is being lost, think about being "straight up" and honest and tell it to her straight. You have nothing to lose that is not already drifting away.
Then you just have to let her go. Maybe she will come back.... But you can't hold onto someone who is choosing to walk away emotionally and perhaps physically.
