LiLee: Nothing so inviting I'm afraid....I had a snack after work and haven't cooked anything yet.
I had a hot lunch though. It was a version of Dhal made from red lentils, tomatoes and spices. Very filling

Tuesday night - same old, same old. Very nice "Italiano" Pizza with lots of prawns and hot salami. Little restaurant does make them very nice.
I know tomorrow will be my favourite - Brussel Sprouts (chopped and boiled), snow peas, semi-dried tomatos, spring onions, fetta, olives, pasta with chilli sauce and sour cream.

You can find the tofu in Woolies, Coles and most places, in the vegetarian section of the dairy
