My five day routinegrin I get up an hour and a half to two hours before work, gives me plenty of time to have a shower, make breakfast and watch the morning news. On the way to work I buy the paper and turn to the sport section,I must get a daily sport fixlaugh

in the afternoons straight after work I turn the TV on to an easy listening music channel. Then I spend the next half to an hour tiding up before hitting the shower. Afterwards I walk to the local for a beer or two before ordering dinner.grin by that time it's already 9pm and then I get on the net, post on the forums and if it's my lucky day answer an email or two.

By the time I've done all that its way past10 pm so now I'll pick a magazine to see if there is an article that draws my attention if not I'll download a philosophical audio and fall asleep to that playing in the background. It's much easier to fall asleep to someone's thoughts other than your own.grin

My mobile phone plays some jaunty tune to wake me up, don't know what it's called. After I've hit snooze a couple of times, I somehow have to summon the willpower to actually get up. At this stage I'm usually thinking, hmmm shall I skip breakfast? or maybe I'll skip my shower if I got any of that Lynx left. And I don't strictly need to shave, do I?

I don't play music to get to sleep by. Do you Reo?
Do others do this? It would drive me batty. (Oh wait, too late.)

I love music in the car but I do prefer heavier type music which I find makes me be a bit of a leadfoot without noticing. The more aggressive the music, the more aggresive my driving is. Not really ideal.uh oh

My morning routine is coffee and a smoke.. shower and then hit the long stop start route to work... doh

Coming home, I turn on this computer, have a coffee and smoke, and if its light.. ( which is isn't at the moment) I hop out into the garden until the light goes...

Then I hang about on the computer, and talk to all the overseas folk on fb...

or friends ring etc.. I keep in contact with friends regularly, and this is pretty well my life.

I don't have music on... I like the peace and quiet.. and where I live is very very quiet.

I am a happy chappy... to be honest.. grin
