I dont fast but i have seen some people eat too much and drink pepsi or coke too much after fasting and get some problems so eat slowly and with some intervals------ This thread is Archived ------

Not good habbit. we break the fasting with 2-3 pcs dates or drink/eat something sweet. Then do Magrib prayer, after prayer only we have meal. Then go for Sunah prayer.
after full day no drink and food, our stomach empty. so must eat slowly and step by step.
