Nope, I've never smoked. Haven't heard of that method - don't listen to the radio much. Would it be a substance that reacts with the smoke and makes it taste horrible?
But then I guess you'd stop taking it wouldn't you?

I don't know for how long you have been smoking for but sometimes giving up can harden up your arteries and cause a heart attack. Just saying.I hear it on the radio during the day.

Gotta be careful Mr L, My dear old mum, caught me smoking dads butts when I was 8, been smoking heavy since I was 13 and started work,
Now... No emphysymia
No liver or heart or blood disorders, no wheezing or coughing,
Lungs are black, but no congestion, kidneys, prostate perfect,
bladder perfect.
QUACK reckons not to stop now at 71, cos I could be worse off,
I have a complete check and scans every 6 mths to keep all
valid licences intact and current.
Just one of the lucky ones I guess, go figure,
and still smoking 50 a day.......

I spent about an hour today, reading a book on how to stop smoking.
Gives lots of reasons to stop, not just the money.
Maybe next weekend, I will get some gorgeous guy to hold me tight, and not let me near a ciggie until the urge subsides..

I also have a packet of champix in the drawer... unopened I might add.

don't think prowlie would like that
........ tried champix and had heaps of not to good side affects so give rest of them to one of neighbors and go figure she gave up 
......... until her and hubby had a blew and started smoking again
