I've had 3 clean outs the last one they were going to replace the knee. A week or so before they decided not to replace it. First time I had a great deal of pain after second time was a breeze third time hurt like hell!!
Plus I didn't come out of the ops to good either . All three times I woke up fine then a few minutes later almost fainted went all hot/cold clammy!!

So no I wont go under again it will play up swell up and I'll limp around lock up on me etc and I will not go under !!

Hi Micky, wave did you ever try Weight Watchers?

You loose weight but not starve yourself but learn to completely change your eating habits long-term.

With sports, what about swimming? dunno

Best of luck, hope you'll feel better healthwise soon. bouquet

Even though I do a manual job lots of lifting and walking . When I say lifting I lift containers that weigh 12.5 kilos. The line stops when its full with 32 of these things and I take them off and tsack them up and move them by hand . Then walk around pushing empty and full containers and take them off . Used to do it for 8 hrs a day the older ive got OHS has taken over do it for 3 hrs then another 2 1/2 hours .
Walk all day
Swimming that's the hard thing used to do it and I over did it last time . Public pools are hard to find and if you do lap swimming is allowed when I'm off to bed at night!!
While walking is bad for me its also good . I just need to stop over eating at night . My GP was horrified how little I eat during the day !!
As I told him I was tired of being told not to eat morning tea so I stopped eating it. Now I just have my can of diet drink and play solitaire on my phone .
Lunch normally is a cup of soup bread and fruit . Don't tell the diabetic people I eat more than 1 piece of fruit !! Funny don't eat two mandarins at lunch time but eat more fruit at 3.3o !!

And before my Melbourne mate tells me to keep a list of what I eat its the same for breaky and lunch every work day !!

I'll fine soon its just this infection now

applause
ps
And I read your reply in a hot irish accent doh

Micky, I recommend you cut out "diet" drinks. And any "foods" with Aspartame and Phenylalanine in them. Research has shown they lead to weight gain, and one of the side-effects of consuming those chemicals is joint problems. There is a ton of information on the internet about it.
Of course, it could be misinformation, but I prefer to believe it. After all, the weight loss industry is a huge money spinner, so for a big company like Monsanto, it's not hard to come up with research showing how "safe" your product is. Depends so much on how the tests are done and the results are interpreted.

So please don't tell me to only drink water !!
I can only drink so much water in a day !! And I pee like a friggin dam wall breaking or in others words a heap in a short period of time !!

I love the info u get
1 eat fruit but only 1 piece at a time to much is not good for you
2 but eat fruit at 3.30pm a
3 Don't have anything for morning tea which is 4 hours after breakfast(and no I don't eat it anymore)
4 Eat certain vegetable's when your diabetic
5 You can not eat half those vegetable's because you have gout
6 you must exercise what you do at work is not exercise
7 If you exercise you will injure yourself and be in hospital

I have been told all this from all sorts of health experts each contradicting the other .
Best one being a workcover doctor get furious for me being on diabetic meds . And his nurse for me being on all me meds .
Seems I'm a risk to the company wave
