Yep, i know I do. I've been like that since about 2007. So as from 2 weeks ago, I am getting lite n easy, so that I at least get some reasonable food into me, even salads!
I never cook..I only eat Mars bars and I'm fine........

no joke, there's a guy in England who's been eating nothing but Mars bars for more than 17 years and he said he felt fine, so I thought I'd have a go - just over 12 months never felt better.
