as far as I know I have done nothing wrong, I have it in black and white from my employer that HE will pay my Tax and Supa, only when he refused the group certificate it all came out.
I knew that things went downhill month back, in a very bad way because up untill now i never ever been given a payslip and when I keepd asking for them ( wich was a lot of times as i get paid weekly) I was always told .

Hi Allegria, sorry to hear you have been defrauded. You are totally in the right so PPLeasE take action immediately. Don't bother threatening them with legal action as they could get nasty. (Even nastier) As Jem suggested, try the Australian Tax Office. Try this number:
1800 060 062 8.00am to 6.00pm weekdays (except national public holidays).
