chris27292729: Never force anything on the first date, even if there is a very strong mutual attraction,I allow things to take whatever course from the second date.-
None of these things. Cool at the beginning and with the momentum with me, I want a kiss during the middle to two thirds of the way through the date. Followed by, again, playing it cool.
Pull-Push-Pull. One step forward with two steps back, that's the key to progress. Women get so used to men trying for every inch of physical affection they can get that she'll positively cream herself over the man that doesn't.
NotMissTaken: I might like him so much with fireworks and all, but I'd rather keep a distance and stand very still. It's not all about playing the chase, but it's more on the value I put myself. After all, it's the first date.
At the end of a first date you always know if you will see each other again and if you will then a long, lingering kiss is a good way to end the date!!
A brief exchange of philosophical ideas on if we should have another date and then the selection of a venue second date via the medium of interpretive dance...
Since it was a good date. And I want to see this person again. How I would want to end. It would be nice for one nice single kiss on the lips and a hug. That seems nice and not to much. Smiling and looking into there eyes. Something like that.
I have had so, so, many first dates and have experienced the whole spectrum, so which do I want to see? Er, not sure. Often any of the first 3 with an expectation of more dates to come leaves me fairly happy. That long tongue kiss that goes no where doesn't really appeal however. A normal kiss goodnight on the lips without tongue will do. Let's save the tongue kissing and the groping for the bedroom and the second or third date. :)
